Mr. Ryan has over 40 years experience in active Management Consulting operations for wide ranging business interests with extensive activities in finance, administration, production, engineering, marketing, sales management and distribution, specializing in analysis and review. His areas of special expertise include the fields of electronics, aviation, communications, computer science, desktop publishing, data processing and micro-processor based equipment markets, and other high-tech fields.

Since 1974 Mr. Ryan has been actively involved in the development, installation, implementation, and on-going support of turn-key small business computer systems and has written numerous computer application programs as a VAR and Systems Integrator.

Mr. Ryan attended the University of Illinois with pre-law and business administration majors, and postgraduate MBA work in marketing at Loyola University. He has a 4CX degree from the University of Wisconsin and has participated in advanced courses in computer programming at the University of Texas at Dallas with special applications work in computer science. Mr. Ryan was also instrumental in the development of the cellular mobile telephone systems market with presentations before the FCC on Docket 18262 for AT&T and the Bell Labs. More recently he has been engaged as a consultant for Municipal Mesh WiFi internet implementation in north Texas cities. He has also developed an IT Disaster Recovery Plan for government agencies. Mr. Ryan was formerly Chairman of the Technology Commission for the City of Plano.  Mr. Ryan is a licensed Amateur Radio Operator (WA5NRA) and a licensed private pilot holding ASEL and Instrument ratings with over 2,000 hours flight time.
